Vipin Maloo is a seasoned executive leader with over 30 years of rich experience, the majority of which was with Lubrizol International Inc. (A Warren Buffet Group Company), a global Fortune 100 organization.
At Lubrizol, he successfully managed a USD 100 million Middle East business, consistently delivering profit margins of over 20%. As General Manager of an MNC in the specialty chemical supplies industry, he demonstrated expertise in scaling operations, driving profitability, and building high-performing teams across geographies.
Earlier in his career, Vipin spent 5 years with N R Doshi & Partners, a highly regarded national audit firm, where he conducted statutory, internal, and systems audits for nearly 250 companies, building a strong foundation in financial discipline, compliance, and process management.
His extensive entrepreneurial and corporate leadership background spans:
- Operations & Supply Chain Excellence – SOP design, ERP process review & implementation, multi-state distribution, and logistics optimization.
- Business Growth & Strategy – Business development, pricing strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion.
